Holiday Shipping Information
- Monday 12/9 last day to order Rustic Marlin Collection items for delivery by Christmas**
- Monday 12/9 last day to order 16x20 prints for delivery by Christmas**
- Sunday 12/15 last day to order all other items for delivery by Christmas** (this is the USPS deadline, if you're in the New England area and order before 12/19 it's likely you will still receive your order in time)
Shipping: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, but please allow extra time for orders to ship during busy seasons and sales.
Send an email to hello@palm-prints.com before placing an order if there is a a specific date you need your order by.
Orders are shipped from the South Shore area of Massachusetts through USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority and UPS Ground for heavier items. (excluding personalized and custom items).
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Please visit USPS and UPS websites for a current timeline of how long your order will take to arrive once shipped.
**Please note that I work as quickly as possible to get orders shipped out but once packages leave my studio it is out of my hands and becomes the responsibility of USPS or UPS. These dates ensure that your package will very likely arrive by Christmas, but it is not guaranteed. Palm Prints is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable packages but I, of course, will do my best to help whatever way I can! Packaging: Orders are wrapped up in tissue paper and do not include a slip with pricing, so they are ready to be shipped directly to your recipient! To include a handwritten gift note - add your note in the box at checkout or email hello@palm-prints.com (hyphen included) with your order number and note.
